Friday, June 26 vs Buffalo Bison

On June 26 vs. Buffalo, the Iowa Cubs held Margaritaville Night which brought the biggest crowd of the season to Principal Park with 11,508 fans in attendance. The evening featured a steel drum band outside as fans made their way to the gates. Additionally, the first 1,000 fans received leis and a straw hat. I-Cubs customers could also get into the Margaritaville spirit with a cheeseburger and a lime margarita on the rocks.

Saturday, June 6 vs Toledo Mud Hens

There was no shortage of activity at Principal Park on June 6 as the I-Cubs hosted Toledo for a doubleheader in front of 11,041 fans. The team debuted its Capital City Cubs jerseys in game two of the twin bill, while fans could take part in BBQ Boot Camp all before capping off the night with a fan-favorite drone show.

June 5 marked a familiar promotion for 10,876 fans in Des Moines with Star Wars Night returned to Principal Park. The team store got in on the action, featuring Star Wars themed shirts and glow-in-the-dark mini bats for fans looking to make the night more memorable. The I-Cubs players took the field in Star Wars Jerseys and characters roamed the concourse throughout the night for interaction and photo opportunities.
