Iconic hip-hop duo Black Sheep to Perform in Salute to Fans and Sponsors Following Yard Goats Game on Friday

Hartford, Conn- The Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club, the Double-A Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, has announced that iconic hip-hop duo “Black Sheep” will perform a post-game concert at Dunkin’ Park following this Friday’s game (September 4^th). The concert will be free to anyone attending the Yard Goats game that night. The duo steps in for Warren G, who was originally scheduled to perform but had to regretfully cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

Black Sheep is a hip-hop duo from Queens, New York, best known for their 90s classic anthems like "The Choice Is Yours" and "Flavor of the Month," and will take the stage on the field to deliver a high-energy performance for fans in attendance.

The concert was added in appreciation for all the wonderful fans and sponsors who continue to support the team in its 10^th anniversary Yard Goats Baseball at Dunkin’ Park. The Yard Goats will host the Philadelphia Phillies affiliate that evening at 7:10 PM. “We are excited to continue the tradition of a post-game concert at Dunkin’ Park following the final regular season home game as a thank you to our wonderful fans,” Yard Goats General Manager Mike Abramson said.

The Yard Goats begin their final six-game homestand of the regular season tonight (6:30 PM) against the Philadelphia Phillies affiliate, the Reading Fightin Phils. Tickets are now on sale for all remaining home games as well as the Eastern League Playoff game on September 17^th.
