Drive to Host Western Night on Saturday

Fans can enjoy boots, baseball, line dancing, specialty drinks, mechanical bull rides, and more good ole fashioned fun!

Yee-haw, giddyap, and howdy — Western Night is coming to Fluor Field.

The Greenville Drive will bring a little country flair to Downtown Greenville on Saturday, May 16, as Fluor Field hosts Western Night during the Drive’s homestand against the Bowling Green Hot Rods. Fans are encouraged to grab their best pair of boots and jeans, come ready to line dance, and enjoy a full night of western-themed fun at the ballpark.

From cowboy ballads and specialty drinks to western-themed inning breaks and ballpark entertainment, Western Night will turn Fluor Field into a Friday night rodeo atmosphere built around baseball, music, and family fun.

Fans looking to test their courage can also take a ride on the mechanical bull and see if they have what it takes to last eight seconds — the safe, ballpark-friendly version, of course.
