Five of the 10 MLB playoff teams had at least one former El Paso Chihuahuas player on their postseason roster:Atlanta Braves: Outfielder Rafael Ortega appeared in four National League Division Series games for the Braves against the Cardinals. He spent the entire 2017 season with El Paso.

Milwaukee Brewers: Pitchers Jay Jackson and Jordan Lyles were both in the Brewers' bullpen for the National League Wild Card Game in Washington, while former Chihuahuas infielder Cory Spangenberg got into the game for Milwaukee.
Minnesota Twins: None
New York Yankees: Outfielder Cameron Maybin joined the Chihuahuas for 15 rehab games in 2014.
Oakland Athletics: Reliever Ryan Buchter was in Oakland's bullpen for the American League Wild Card game. Buchter was briefly a member of the Chihuahuas in 2016.
St. Louis Cardinals: Reliever Tyler Webb pitched in three National League Division Series games for St. Louis against Atlanta. He was with the Chihuahuas for part of the 2018 season.
