FREDERICK, MD -As the Frederick Keys begin planning for the 2020 Carolina League baseball season, the team has announced that the Cowboy Monkey Rodeo will not be returning.
"The Frederick Keys are committed to affordable, fun, family entertainment," said Keys General Manager Dave Ziedelis. "Every year we reevaluate our different promotions and theme nights to make the fan experience enjoyable for all ages. Going forward, we will continue to explore entertainment options that appeal to all different ages and demographics."

The Keys pride themselves on being sensitive to the community and to making each game as inclusive and fun as possible. In the middle of a successful 2019 campaign, the Keys are excited to continue the proud Frederick baseball tradition in 2020 and beyond.
The Frederick Keys host the Potomac Nationals and Down East Wood Ducks through Sunday, August 11. Homestand highlights include The Office Night with an appearance by Leslie David Baker on August 10. He played Stanley Hudson on the show and will being doing a meet and greet from 5-7. Cancer Awareness night with a jersey auction benefiting the American Cancer Society is on August 9, while a Royal Tea Party is slated for August 11 with a special groups package. Fireworks follow Friday and Saturday night's contests.
Upcoming promotions include Faith Night with a pregame concert by the Waterboyz for Jesus on Saturday, August 17 and Meet the Team on Sunday, August 18 to go with three fireworks shows when Frederick entertains Fayetteville. For tickets, fans can visit frederickkeys.com or call 301-815-9939.
