The Curve (40-39) have dropped seven straight games for the first time since a seven-game skid from July 15-21, 2016. The SeaWolves (40-41) picked up their first series victory against Altoona since April 2016, a span of nine consecutive series wins for the Curve.

The Curve evened the score in the top of the third inning with a two-run homer by
Erie answered in the bottom of the inning with a two-run, opposite-field homer by Ficociello, putting the SeaWolves ahead, 4-2.
Altoona cut into the deficit in the seventh with a two-out, two-run double by
Hill went 2-for-4 with a homer, a double, two RBIs and two runs scored.
Dickson pitched four innings and allowed six runs on five hits and four walks.
The Curve have been outscored 52-15 during the losing streak. The pitching staff has combined for a 7.71 ERA, and the offense is averaging just 1.9 runs per game.
The Curve wrap up the road trip with the series finale on Monday night in Erie. Right-hander
