D-Braves open 2020 at home for third straight season

DANVILLE, Va. - The Danville Braves will open their 28th season as the advanced rookie affiliate of the Atlanta Braves at home on June 22, 2020 vs. the Burlington Royals.

DANVILLE, Va. - The Danville Braves will open their 28th season as the advanced rookie affiliate of the Atlanta Braves at home on June 22, 2020 vs. the Burlington Royals.

Totaling 34 home games, the D-Braves will feature four games in June, 16 games in July and 14 games in August against their nine Appalachian League opponents. Game times will continue to be 6:30 p.m on Monday through Saturday and at 4 p.m. on Sundays. The 2020 regular season will conclude on the road at Burlington on September 1, with the Appalachian League playoffs scheduled to kick off on September 3. The league will have four off days on June 30, July 14, August 2 and August 20.
