In addition, all regular season and postseason games will be streamed at wsdash.com/broadcast and the TuneIn Radio App, which is a free download on all mobile devices. Joe Weil (pronounced "While") enters his second season as the Dash's lead play-by-play broadcaster. Weil became the "Voice of the Dash" in January of 2018 after spending the 2016 and 2017 seasons as a broadcast assistant.
In the offseason, Weil works as a studio host for Learfield IMG College, where he anchors pregame, halftime and postgame coverage for all Notre Dame football and Gonzaga men's basketball broadcasts. An alumnus of Boston University, Weil provided on-air coverage for Notre Dame's College Football Playoff Semifinal game against Clemson in 2018.
Conor Clingen has joined the Dash's broadcast booth for 2019. Prior to joining the Dash, Clingen worked as a play-by-play broadcaster for Western Michigan University on ESPN+ and ESPN3. An alumnus of the University of Notre Dame, Conor spent four years broadcasting Fighting Irish athletics, including ACC baseball and softball contests.
The 2019 season begins on Thursday, April 4, when the Dash travel to Maryland to face the Frederick Keys. The season opener will be available on The Triad Sports Hub. For a full breakdown of Winston-Salem's broadcast schedule, visit the Dash's Broadcast Corner.
