The sweep was the third of the season for Oklahoma City, but the first in a four-game set.

O'Koyea Dickson led off the bottom of the fourth inning with a walk and Willie Calhoun followed with a single to right field. Trayce Thompson came up to the plate next and hit a two-run triple to the wall in left-center field to boost Oklahoma City to a 2-1 lead.
Calhoun led off the bottom of the sixth inning with a solo homer onto the Budweiser Deck in left field to push the Dodgers to a 3-1 lead. The home run was Calhoun's 16th of the season, moving him into a tie for the team lead with Dickson.
Nashville put the tying runs on base in the top of the seventh inning, but Dodgers reliever Joe Broussard got Yairo Muñoz to ground into a double play for the first two outs of the inning and got Joey Wendle to ground out to end the inning.
Mercedes led off the ninth inning with a single and advanced to third base with two outs. Dodgers reliever Madison Younginer then struck out Yairo Munoz to end the game.
Masterson (6-4) racked up a season high nine strikeouts, holding the Sounds to one run and six hits with three walks in the win. Broussard, Jacob Rhame and Younginer followed with 3.1 scoreless innings and Younginer picked up his sixth save of the season and second save in as many nights.
Nashville starting pitcher Corey Walter (2-3) was charged with the loss, allowing all three Dodgers runs, six hits, three walks and recording two strikeouts.
