Metairie, La. - The New Orleans Baby Cakes scored 11 runs between the fourth in sixth innings and held the Oklahoma City Dodgers to a season-low three hits in an 11-3 win Sunday evening at the Shrine on Airline.
With the loss, the Dodgers (26-22) have dropped four of the last five games. During that stretch they've allowed at least six runs in each loss, as well at least nine runs three times. The Baby Cakes (18-32) snapped a three-game losing streak with the win.

The Dodgers maintained the two-run advantage until the Baby Cakes took control of the middle innings, stockpiling 11 runs and nine hits between the fourth and sixth innings.

The Baby Cakes opened the sixth inning with three straight hits, including a RBI single by Telis. Moises Sierra collected a RBI groundout later in the inning to score New Orleans' 11th and final run of the night.

Fife (4-2) turned in six strong innings and earned the win. He allowed two runs (one earned) and two hits, with three walks and five strikeouts. He did not give up a hit over his final five innings and retired 11 of the final 12 batters he faced.
Masterson (4-2) couldn't escape the fourth inning and ended up with the loss. He allowed five runs (three earned) and three hits, with three walks and three strikeouts over 3.2 innings.
The Dodgers defense did not fare much better, tying their season high with three errors for the second time in four games.
