An exclusive benefit, all RED Access Members can exchange tickets from games they cannot attend into games that work better with their schedules. If you're a Member, exchanges can be made through your My Cardinals Tickets online account at least 3 hours prior to the game you are switching out of. And remember, with a RED Access Membership, you never have wasted tickets! If you miss a game, you can exchange those missed game tickets for equivalent seats to another game. Members with missed game tickets in the all-inclusive SpringNet Champions Club or Redbird Roost will receive a Diamond Box ticket for a new game.

2022 Hammons Field Updates:
To get our RED Access Members and all fans ready for a fun-filled 2022 Season at Hammons Field, please note the following updates:
- RED Access Members who paid to receive printed tickets may make their ticket exchanges starting on Monday, March 21 at the Cardinals Front Office at Hammons Field.
- Individual Game Tickets go on sale at 10am on Tuesday, March 22! Individual Game Tickets will be available on SpringfieldCardinals.com and by calling (417) 863-0395. Please remember to be aware of 3rd-party ticket sales sites that might be marking up prices. Whenever you have a question about any Springfield Cardinals tickets, please visit our website at SpringfieldCardinals.com or call our number above.
- For in-person ticket orders starting Tuesday, March 22, please visit the Springfield Cardinals Front Office at Hammons Field. The Gate 1 Ticket Office will open right before home games for convenient walk-up orders.
- Promotions are coming! We're excited to have a full slate of can't-miss promotions on deck for the 2022 Season. Keep an eye out for the full announcement soon!
- Back for 2022, all fans' tickets can be delivered digitally through an easy-to-access Digital Tickets platform via an online portal, making it as easy as a couple clicks or taps on your device to order and access your Cardinals tickets. - In 2021, Hammons Field introduced a new cashless system. Following the model of stadiums and arenas throughout the country, the result of the cashless system was decreased time spent waiting in line. Fans are invited to use credit cards, debit cards or Springfield Cardinals Gift Cards. We also accept prepaid bank cards and encourage fans to learn more about them at Great Southern Bank or Central Bank of the Ozarks.
- For the safety of our fans and staff, Hammons Field will have a Clear Bag Policy beginning this season. All bags are subject to search and only clear bags (approx. 6"x12"x12") will be permitted, with the exception of diaper bags (with accompanying baby) or designated medical bags.
