Fall Showdown Schedule Adjusted Due to Hurricane Isaias

Due to the current forecast and expected inclement weather from Hurricane Isaias, the dates and times for the SERVPRO Myrtle Beach Fall Showdown at Pelicans Ballpark have been adjusted.

The Saturday, October 10 game, originally scheduled for 4PM, is now scheduled for 1PM. Gates will open at 12PM. The game originally scheduled for Sunday, October 11 is now scheduled for Friday, October 9 at 8PM. The 8PM start was set to accommodate Clemson travel and class schedules. Gates will open at 6:30PM. Clemson will remain the home team on Saturday, and Coastal Carolina will be the home team on Friday.

“We’ve been working hand in hand with both teams and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans to make the necessary schedule adjustments with the anticipated inclement weather,” said Ryan Kirkwood of Peak Events. “Our goal throughout this process has been to give both teams the best opportunity to get their games in while keeping the safety of everyone involved a top priority. We appreciate Clemson, Coastal Carolina, and the Pelicans for their flexibility and cooperation throughout this process. We’re looking forward to a great weekend of baseball in Myrtle Beach!”
