According to KIII-TV3's Ian Steele, Houston manager A.J. Hinch confirmed Gattis will catch most of Tuesday's game, serve as Hooks designated hitter Wednesday, and catch again Thursday.
Steele also reported, per Hinch, the right-handed Feliz and southpaw Sipp are slated for multiple Double-A appearances and may not rejoin the Astros until September's roster expansion.
Harris, a right-hander, will pitch in one game for Corpus Christi before a determination is made about additional rehab work.
Houston Chronicle Astros beat writer Jake Kaplan reported on social media during the noon hour that Gattis (concussion), Feliz (shoulder), Harris (shoulder), and Sipp (calf) will each rehab with the Hooks on Tuesday.
Corpus Christi plays host to the Midland RockHounds in a four-game Texas League Series Tuesday through Friday. Whataburger Field first pitch each night is 7:05.
The Hooks stand 5 ½ games behind Midland for the final South Division playoff spot and a berth vs. San Antonio in the TLDS.
