On August 11, Fisk tossed a complete game against the Fort Myers Miracle, allowing just one run. Unfortunately, that one run came on a walk-off sacrifice fly, giving Fisk and the Blue Jays a 1-0 loss.
Fisk rebounded by throwing 7.0 strong against the Palm Beach Cardinals in his next start on August 16th, allowing just one run on five hits while striking out five. He left empty-handed with a no decision when the bullpen was unable to hold the lead.
Fisk's luck didn't improve tonight in a 5-2 loss to the Florida Fire Frogs. He tossed 5.0 innings and allowed just two hits but left the loser, again just allowing one earned run.
