HARRISBURG, P.A. – Typically, when the words “I do” are uttered at FNB Field, it’s in response to a question like, “do you want a Spot dog?” During the Senators’ Going to the Diamond night next season, however, the brats will be traded for brides.
On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the lineup cards won’t be the only thing exchanged at the ballpark as the Senators are hosting nine vow exchanges in nine innings. During an inning break in each inning of the game, a couple will take the stage to exchange or renew their vows in front of the crowd.
“Baseball provides so much joy and love in the lives of countless people,” said Marissa Womack, the Senators’ Game Day Promotions Manager. “So, we thought the ballpark is a perfect place for couples to make an unforgettable, loving memory like this.”
The Senators will have an ordained minister performing the vow exchanges in the game. Couples are invited to submit a short note detailing why they should be chosen to exchange their vows at FNB Field.
“We really are in the memory-making business here,” Womack said. “We’re so looking forward to the chance to create a special day for our community.”
So, if you regularly dream of eternal love and big flies, well, on April 25, 2026 you truly can have your cake and eat it, too.
