Furman and UNCG Meet in SoCon Championship

An exciting week of Southern Conference baseball at Fluor Field comes to a close on Sunday afternoon with the championship between the hometown Furman Paladins, the #4 seed, and the #3 seed UNCG Spartans at 12:00 PM.

UNCG is undefeated in the tournament, and Furman has one loss, which means the Paladins will have to defeat the Spartans twice on Sunday. If Furman wins game one, the teams will play again 40 minutes following the conclusion of game one. The winner of Sunday's action will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.
