Buffalo takes Game 2 at Coca-Cola Park

Bisons pulled away with a three-run sixth inning

Andy Burns got Buffalo on the board by hitting an RBI double off JoJo Romero for the first run of the game. Cavan Biggio scored on a passed ball later in the inning to give Buffalo a 2-0 lead. 
Lane Adams hit a two-run home run off Jordan Romano in the bottom of the first to tie the game at 2-2. Lourdes Gurriel Jr. hit a two-run double off Romero in the top of the second inning to give Buffalo the lead back 4-2. 
Gift Ngoepe hit an RBI single off Romero in the bottom of the second inning to cut the Bisons lead to 4-3. Deivy Grullon put Lehigh Valley ahead 5-4 by smacking a two-run home run off Romano in the bottom of the third inning. 
Patrick Cantwell tied the game at 5-5 for Buffalo in the top of the fifth inning as he hit an RBI single off Romero. 
Josh Martin (1-1) gave up a go-ahead three-run home run by Gurriel Jr. in the top of the sixth inning. Yacksel Ríos pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief. Tom Windle pitched the final two innings without giving up a run. 
Zach Jackson (1-0) earned the win for Buffalo while Derek Law earned his second save of the season. 
The rubber-game takes place on Sunday afternoon at Coca-Cola Park. The Pigs will play as the Lehigh Valley Coquis for the first of their three Hispanic Heritage contests of the 2019 season. Before the game, 1,500 kids (17 and under) will receive a pair of Coquis socks courtesy U.S. Cold Storage. First pitch is scheduled for 1:35 p.m.
