The RiverDogs honored the official snack of South Carolina Saturday night, when the team became the 'Charleston Boiled Peanuts.' Fans received a cup full of goodies on the way in through the gate, including a commemorative green bowtie so that they could look the part throughout the evening. The team wore special jerseys and caps to complete the night. The helicopter ball drop that was scheduled for Saturday night was forced to be postponed due to windy conditions, but the grand prize has been bumped up to $6,000 for the next bouncy ball-dump on August 31.
