Head to The Pfitz on Friday night for a full evening of entertainment! The P-Nats will be hosting a live radio broadcast of The Steve Czaban Show on ESPN980 at the ballpark from 4pm to 7pm. Fans will have the chance to win a football signed by Washington Redskins Linebacker, Ryan Kerrigan, and also a P-Nats prize pack by tuning in to the live show.
As part of the season-long 40 years of Potomac Baseball celebration, P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing commemorative throwback 1989 Prince William Cannons on-field jerseys, presented by Extreme Custom Collision. These jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the on-field jersey.
Don't leave early, as the night will be capped off by fireworks, presented by Floor & Décor and WTOP! It is the second of four post-game Friday Night Fireworks shows this summer.
The entire evening will flash back to the year 1989, celebrating the second Carolina League Championship in franchise history. Fans will receive a replica 1989 program, listen to popular songs from 1989, and see clips from movies that premiered that year. To honor 1989's best motion picture, Rain Main, fans can win an original Game Boy, which debuted in 1989, if they can guess how many toothpicks are placed in a jar. Furthermore, glamour shots of the P-Nats will reappear on the video board from the Nationals' 80s Night Celebration, and there will be a Pop-Tarts eating contest during the game.
Friday is also the first Recycling Pays Night of the summer, presented by Prince William County Recycling Program. These were created in the image of The Mighty Ducks' hockey sweater jerseys from the film, with a P-Nats twist. The jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction on the stadium concourse during the game, with proceeds benefitting the National MS Society. The auction will begin once gates open and ends after the last out of the sixth inning. There will be a scout parade before the game and post-game, kids will be able to run the bases before pitching their tents in the outfield. The Mighty Ducks will also be shown on the video board after the tents are set up. All scouts will then take home a special Potomac Baseball 40th Anniversary patch the next morning after packing up!

The first 500 kids 12 and under will take one home, courtesy of N Zone Sports Prince William. The lunchbox has a P-Nats jersey on the front, with Robles', the Nationals' top ranked prospect, name and number on the back. Several lucky fans will have the chance to win one signed by Robles. If fans spend $25 or more in the National Mall Team Store, they will be entered in a raffle to win an autographed lunchbox.
The first 250 kids 12 and under will eat free, presented by Little Caesars. Kids will receive a voucher upon entering the stadium that is good for one free hot dog at the main concessions stand, as well as a voucher that is good for a free cheese pizza at participating Little Caesars locations. During the game, there will be a Kid Guest Public Address announcer, sponsored by Virginia529. Kids can sign up for the opportunity to be the guest PA during any of the P-Nats home games at fan assistance. Post-game, kids can run the bases, presented by Glory Days Grill, receive autographs from two players in the Extreme Custom Collision Café Area and families can play catch on the field. There will also be a face painter at the ballpark.
Back by popular demand is the Hog Roast! P-Nats fans can share in a full pig, roasted down in the picnic area. The all-you-can eat picnic is a $10 add-on to any game ticket for non-season ticket holders, and $5 for full and half plan holders. The Hog Roast is presented by Brooks' Cycle, LLC, Nam Knights America MC and Sons of Titan Chapter.
To complete the fun, the P-Nats are set to host Mini Menagerie's Petting Zoo from noon until 2pm. Everyone's favorite fuzzy friends, including miniature horses, miniature donkeys, a sheep and an alpaca, will be in attendance. Stop by to make some new friends!
P-Nats players and coaches will be wearing this season's Military Appreciation jerseys during the game. These commemorative jerseys, presented by Reality Realty, will be worn on select dates throughout the season to recognize the abundance of local military members and their families in the area, and to thank them for all that they do for our country. These jerseys will be auctioned off on August 27th, with proceeds benefitting the Heroes Alliance Network and the American Veterans Ball.
