IronPigs Scott Kingery and Rhys Hoskins made the trip to sunny Miami on Saturday in preparation for Sunday's Futures Game.
Hoskins started the game at first base for the US Team and batted fourth while Kingery later came into the game off the bench to play second base.
Hoskins ended his day 1-2 with a single and was hit by a pitch and came around to score on Kyle Tucker RBI single. The slugger also registered the fastest bat speed amongst all competitors at 76.6 MPH with his line out in the first inning.
Kingery then came in to replace Hoskins in the sixth inning at second base and flew out to right-center field to end the inning with a pair of runners in scoring position.
Hoskins will now join Dylan Cozens, Jorge Alfaro and the International League's starting pitcher Tom Eselman on Wednesday for the Triple-A All-Star Game in Tacoma, Wash. at 9 p.m. on MLB Network.
