Jurado delivers magnificent outing in 2-1 loss

FRISCO, Texas (June 14, 2018) - All-Star righty Ariel Jurado looked the part for the Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, in a 2-1 loss to the San Antonio Missions Thursday night at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
BIG MOMENTS
* After two tough outings previously, Jurado worked eight innings and allowed just two runs (one earned) on five hits while striking out a season-high seven batters.
* Trailing 2-0 after four, the Riders scored their only run of the night on an RBI single from Eliezer Álvarez in the fifth inning.
* Juremi Profar logged his second three-hit game of the season, going 3-for-4.
