“For 25 seasons, the Captains have been so much more than baseball,” said Jen Yorko, General Manager of the Lake County Captains. “We've been a place for first games, friends and family traditions, celebrations and memories that last a lifetime. Generations of fans have grown up with the Captains, and this anniversary is about celebrating every person who has made our ballpark part of their story. We want 2027 to be a season where longtime fans rediscover what they love and new families begin traditions of their own.”

Fans can also look forward to the return of ballpark favorites, including spectacular fireworks shows, giveaways, and fan-favorite promotions.

But the anniversary season isn't just about looking back.

“Whether you've been coming to games since Opening Day in 2003 or haven't visited the ballpark in years, or are coming for the first time, we're creating something special for you,” added Yorko. “We want every fan to feel that sense of belonging the moment they walk through our gates while giving them new reasons to come back again and again.”
