Intro (0:00)

Minor League Baseball is back! Tuesday brings Opening Day to the farm once again as 110 teams get set to begin their journeys that will be the 2021 season. (The 10 Triple-A West clubs start Thursday.) Tyler gets us going by introducing a special edition of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" played by Jon Snodgrass. After that, Tyler, Sam and Ben share what it means to have the Minors back, and Ben previews which promotions he's most looking forward to in the campaign to come.

Predictions, predictions, predictions (19:16)

Tyler and Sam are joined by colleagues Josh Jackson and Kelsie Heneghan as they make wide-ranging predictions for the 2021 Minor League season. Which player will lead the Minors in homers? Who will be tops in strikeouts? Which farm systems will we talk about most? When will Wander Franco debut in the Majors? Our fearsome foursome takes their cracks at providing answers.

Josh Suchon interview (1:01:59)

Triple-A Albuquerque's Josh Suchon talks to Tyler about getting through the canceled 2020 season as a broadcaster and what the season ahead will be like for the Isotopes.

Wrapping up (1:25:56)

Tyler and Sam end this week's episode by discussing which MiLB.TV games are worth watching this week (spoiler: all of them) and thanking all of the listeners who tuned into the podcast through the past 19 months. Play ball!
