DAVENPORT, Ia. - The Quad Cities River Bandits (19-9, 56-40) received three-run homers from Daz Cameron and Chuckie Robinson in a 14-3 rout of the Lansing Lugnuts (10-18, 47-47) on Friday night at Modern Woodmen Park.

The River Bandits scored at least one run in each of the first seven innings before Griffin Glaude needed only six pitches to record a 1-2-3 eighth inning.

Lugnuts starter Osman Gutierrez (Loss, 2-8) gave up six runs on six hits and four walks in three innings. Juliandry Higuera did not fare better in the next three innings, allowing seven runs on eight hits and two walks. Andrew Deramo pitched the seventh, striking out two before giving up a two-out run.

The Lugnuts' tallies were spread out in the fourth, sixth and eighth innings, with Mitch Nay supplying two of the runs with an RBI double and a fielder's choice and Luis Silva knocking in the third with a fielder's choice.

Lansing did draw nine walks in the game, including three by Nash Knight and two by Rodrigo Orozco .

Quad Cities starter Patrick Sandoval(Win, 1-1) worked 5 1/3 innings for the victory, giving up two runs on four hits and two walks, striking out five.

The Lugnuts scored exactly three runs in all three games of the series, winning the middle affair by one run and dropping the first and last by a combined 28 runs.

The second leg of the Lugnuts' Iowa road trip leads to Cedar Rapids, with Lansing right-hander Andy Ravel (6-4, 7.01) facing Kernels right-hander Griffin Jax (1-1, 2.29) at 7:35 p.m.
