Buffalo, New York (August 23, 2026) – The Lehigh Valley IronPigs (25-24, 60-64) fell in their series finale to the Buffalo Bisons (27-23, 62-63) by a final of 10-2 on Sunday afternoon at Sahlen Field.

The ‘Pigs raced out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the first as Kameron Misner opened the scoring with an RBI fielder’s choice and Dylan Moore added the second run with an RBI double.

A Sean Keys RBI groundout got the Bisons on the board in the bottom of the first before back-to-back homers from C.J. Stubbs (two-run) and Rudy Martin Jr. gave the Bisons a 4-2 lead in the second.

Peyton Williams made it 5-2 with an RBI single in the third before the Bisons busted the game open with four runs in the fourth. After loading the bases to start the frame, Jay Harry and Sean Keys each singled home a run before Yohendrick Piñango singled home two more to make it 9-2.

Buffalo added one more tally in the sixth on another Williams RBI single.

Alan Rangle (L, 3-6) took the loss for the ‘Pigs allowing nine of the 10 runs on the day while Javen Coleman (W, 1-1) got the win for the Bisons with 1.2 perfect innings of relief.

Following an off-day on Monday, the ‘Pigs return to Coca-Cola Park on Tuesday, August 25th to take on the Syracuse Mets. First pitch is slated for 6:45 p.m.
