SYNOPSIS
* With the game tied 2-2 in the eighth, Yoel Espinal entered with the bases loaded and nobody out, and proceeded to escape the jam to keep the tie intact.
* Reliever Demarcus Evans recorded all six of his outs via strikeout in two scoreless innings.
* In his Riders debut, starter Ronald Herrera fired five strong innings, allowing just two runs on five hits.
* Andretty Cordero whacked his team-best eighth homer in the fourth to get the Riders on the board.
