Senators Mash Four Home Runs, Thrash the Fisher Cats 9-3 Saturday Night

The Sens opened up the scoring in the third. Eli Willits led off with a single, and Devin Fitz-Gerald drew a walk. Branden Boissiere drove in Willits with a single.
A walk of Elijah Green loaded the bases. Then a wild pitch scored Fitz-Gerald to lead 2-0.
In the third, Kevin Bazzell homered to left to lead 3-0. Bazzell has hit two home runs this series.
RHP Jarlin Susana started for Harrisburg. He allowed one baserunner through the first three innings and struck out six.
Susana ran into trouble in the fourth, pulled with two outs after two runs scored.
RHP Luke Young (W, 4-1) came on and got the final out of the inning to hold the score 3-2.
In the fifth, Devin Fitz-Gerald led off with a line drive homer to straightaway centerfield to lead 4-2. Fitz-Gerald has homered three times this week and now has 20 on the season between Wilmington and Harrisburg.
New Hampshire loaded the bases with two outs against Young in the fifth, but the right-hander escaped the inning without allowing a run.
Then the Senators blew open the game in the sixth.
Bazzell doubled to lead off and Devin Ortiz singled. Then Willits launched a three-run homer to right to lead 7-2.
Willits later doubled in the seventh and finished the game 4-for-6 with the homer, double, three RBIs, two runs scored and two stolen bases.
After Willits homered in the sixth, Fitz-Gerald singled. Branden Boissiere hit a two-run homer high off the videoboard in right-centerfield to stretch the lead to 9-2.
The Senators have hit 10 home runs this series and 149 on the season, second-most by a Sens team in the franchise's modern era.
RHP Sandy Gaston retired the side in order in the sixth. He struck out two.
RHP Jhancarlos Lara tossed a scoreless seventh, working around a hit batsman with two strikeouts.
A run scored in the eighth off RHP Blake Brown to cut the Harrisburg lead to 9-3.
Then RHP Kyle Luckham locked down the win, pitching a scoreless ninth. He allowed a hit and struck out two.
The season finale comes Sunday afternoon at 1:05 p.m.
