Kinston, North Carolina (June 22, 2019) - Marcus Wilson delivered his fourth home run in three games, the highlight of a 17-hit day, as the Red Sox rolled over the Down East Wood Ducks 10-2 Sunday afternoon at Grainger Stadium.

How it Happened
* Salem snagged an early lead after Keith Curcio led off the tilt with a triple and came home to score on a groundout from Victor Acosta.
* The Wood Ducks answered in the bottom of the second inning with a groundout from Yonny Hernandez to tie 1-1.
* The Red Sox tagged two runs each between the fourth and seventh innings. Marcus Wilson delivered a two-run home run to start the streak in the fourth. Acosta capitalized on a fifth-inning misfire to come home before Wilson drove in his third run on a single. Acosta teed off in the sixth inning for a two-run double to extend Salem 7-1. Charlie Madden drove home Pedro Castellanos with a seventh-inning single and Tanner Nishioka dropped a sacrifice fly to lead 9-1 at the stretch.
* Joan Martinez relieved Thad Ward of his Carolina League debut, stretching for 2 2/3 innings in his first appearance since landing on the IL in May. The righty struck out four in his scoreless performance.
* The Wood Ducks loaded the bases for the third time in the game during the eighth inning. Tyler Depreta-Johnson was hit by a pitch to cut the lead 9-2.
* Keith Curcio delivered Salem's 10th run on a ninth-inning single for a healthy 10-2 lead.
* Andrew Schwaab closed the final two innings of work, permitting one unearned run on two hits and striking out two.
