Reno starter Yu-Min Lin allowed two runs in six innings in the Aces' 7-5 win over the El Paso Chihuahuas Wednesday night at Greater Nevada Field. The Aces have won the first two games of the series.

El Paso right fielder Carlos Rodríguez went 4-for-5 to match his season high for hits in a game. Rodríguez finished a home run shy of a cycle. Left fielder Nick Solak went 2-for-5 and drove in three runs. Logan Gillaspie pitched three relief innings for El Paso and retired the first eight batters he faced before allowing a run.

The Chihuahuas scored first in both games of the series. They also scored in the ninth inning and put the tying run on base in the ninth in both games of the series. El Paso has lost eight consecutive games.
