Rome Emperors Announce Front Office Staff Additions and Role Changes for 2026 Season

Rome, GA – The Rome Emperors are excited to announce several additions and internal promotions to their front office staff as the organization gears up for the 2026 season. These changes reflect the team’s commitment to strengthening operations, fan engagement, and on-field experiences.

New Staff Addition:

Spencer Kilgore joins the Emperors as Manager of Stadium Operations. Kilgore spent last season as a Stadium Operations Intern for the Birmingham Barons, the Double-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. Most recently, he worked in operations at Topgolf Birmingham. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University.

Internal Promotions and Role Changes:

Several members of the Emperors staff are stepping into new roles for the upcoming season:

Austin Jones has been promoted to Director of Sales.

Blake Nicholson has been promoted to Director of Marketing.

Gavin Booker has been promoted to Account Executive, broadcaster.

Katie Aspin has been promoted to Director of Ticketing

Reed Harrelson has been promoted to Manager, Field Operations
