River Cats statement regarding the cancellation of the March 22 Exhibition Game versus Giants

Dear River Cats fans,
The precautions surrounding public gathering policy and the COVID-19 virus continue to impact us all in various ways, including the recent decision to cancel the River Cats vs. Giants Exhibition Game that was to be held at Sutter Health Park on March 22. While we join our fans in their disappointment that the event has been canceled, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our local community and we will continue to be in close contact with local government and health agencies to inform our decisions moving forward.
For those who had already purchased tickets to the event, we appreciate your support of the Exhibition Game and apologize for the inconvenience this cancellation may have caused you. We are working with Ticketmaster and have already begun reaching out to Exhibition Game ticket holders through emails and personal calls in regards to their options. Fans who purchased tickets in person at Sutter Health Park should call 916-371-4487 for their ticket options.
The administrative offices, ticket office, and On-Deck Shop are closed until further notice.
