At the time of the promotion to the Storm Chasers he ranks first in the Texas League in extra-base hits (19) and slugging percentage (.577), as well as second in total bases (79) and batting average, tied for second in doubles and fourth in hits. He was selected by the Royals in the 18th round of the 2013 MLB Draft out of St. John's University.

As a result of these roster moves, Omaha's active roster now stands at 24, in addition to six on the Disabled List.
The Storm Chasers are set to face Tacoma in a doubleheader this evening, with the opening contest scheduled for a 5:05 p.m. CT first pitch. Royals top prospect
Both games are scheduled to last seven innings, with the second contest starting approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first tilt. Tickets to tonight's regularly scheduled contest will be good for both games this evening.
