Erich Uelmen relieved Lugo and allowed three runs in the sixth and three in the seventh highlighted by home runs from Kody Clemens and Ryan Kreidler.

Up 8-2, relievers Angel De Jesus, Wladimir Pinto and Will Vest struck out six combined hitters over the final four innings to secure the series finale, giving Toledo the 5-1 series win.
