Summary
Akron's Joe Sever drove in three runs, and Aaron Civale picked up his third win, as the RubberDucks cruised to an 8-2 victory over the New Hampshire Fisher Cats Wednesday night at Canal Park in Akron, Ohio.

Turning Point
The RubberDucks (37-28) scored three runs in the third inning off Jordan Romano to erase an early 1-0 deficit. The Ducks loaded the bases on a double by Sam Haggerty and walks to Tyler Krieger and Ka'ai Tom. Sever followed with a sacrifice fly to center to tie the game, and Connor Marabell came through with a two-run double to right field to give the RubberDucks a 3-1 lead.
Mound Presence
Civale (3-1) worked five innings and allowed just one run to pick up the win. He scattered six hits and two walks while fanning two. It was Civale's second start since returning from a month on the DL with a sore throwing shoulder. The victorious decision was his first since April 29th. Jordan Milbrath allowed a run in his two innings of relief. Henry Martinez worked a scoreless eighth, while Argenis Angulo closed it out in the ninth.
Duck Tales
Sever doubled in a run during Akron's four-run, fifth-inning rally that chased Romano. He also lifted a sacrifice fly in the sixth to make it 8-1 and collect his third RBI of the night. Sever and Marabell are now tied for the team RBI-lead with 36 apiece. Tom was 2-3, with a double, RBI, and two runs. Andrew Calica was 1-3, with a double, to raise his average to .317.
