Kyle Wren had five RBI to lead the Colorado Springs Sky Sox to a 10-2 win over the New Orleans Baby Cakes on Saturday night.
The win moved Colorado Springs within a victory of clinching the franchise's first playoff appearance since 1995 and first division championship since 1992.
Nate Orf gave the Sky Sox a quick lead with a two-out solo home run in the first, and Colorado Springs tacked on three more runs in the second, capped by Wren's two-run single.

Bubba Derby (5-0) scattered two runs and seven hits in five innings to get the win, limiting New Orleans to one hit in nine at-bats with runners in scoring position.
The 'Cakes wrap up the brief homestand on Sunday at 1 p.m.
