Cale Pauley is currently entering his 8th season as a part of the promotions team (Hawk Squad/Blue Crew). Cale is a 2012 graduate of Central Michigan University. He currently resides in Benton Harbor, MI and enjoys spending time with his three dogs Cocoa, Tubby, and Blue.
What do you currently do for the South Bend Cubs?
A part of the Blue Crew promotions team/mascot handler. Taking pictures for people that want their picture taken with the two cuddliest mascots in all of minor league baseball. Also, I try to keep Stu and Swoop out of trouble.
What do you enjoy most about being a Cubs employee?
I enjoy interacting with the guests that come to Four Winds Field each game. The many friendships I’ve made with people throughout the stadium. And having fun every game day.
What do you do for work outside of being a Cubs employee?
I work for a school in athletics coaching varsity high school baseball and various middle school sports.
