Kali Grelle joined the IronPigs in January 2020 as the team's Community Relations Manager. Originally from Wilson Area, PA, Kali moved to Las Vegas after high school and spent four years there gaining sales and marketing experience through various training programs and job opportunities. She's thrilled to be back in Eastern Pennsylvania and ready for her first season with the organization.

What was it that interested you in joining the IronPigs organization?

I always came to baseball games as a little kid. My family truly enjoys that we have a team available to watch so close to home, and love the involvement with our community (especially my dad, who loves showing off our frenchie, Banks, on Dog Days).
I decided to become a member of the team because I love giving back to the community and networking within my own hometown. It's very rewarding to work with non-profits, and I am very privileged I have the chance to make a difference in the Lehigh Valley. Everyone here is very talented, and I am thankful for being on such an impressive team.

What is your role with the team?

Being the Manager of Community Relations, I oversee community-related initiatives and work with local non-profit organizations and charities. The greatest reward of my position is having the opportunity to showcase the Gold Standard of the IronPigs to our local organizations, and being able to help those in need. Working with 500+ organizations in our local area, it is truly amazing how active our community is in giving back!

What have you enjoyed most about being a member of the IronPigs' front office?

I thoroughly enjoy how closely knitted our entire staff is. Everyone is like a giant, welcoming family. I have worked for large corporations before, but nothing beats the feeling of being so welcome at work every single day.

What's your favorite part about Coca-Cola Park?

My favorite part of Coca-Cola Park is definitely the Capital BlueCross Lawn area. As a kid, I thought it was awesome that you were able to have a picnic-like setting sitting on blankets while watching a baseball game. The feeling is very unique.

Do you have any goals you're looking to accomplish during your first season?

My goal for this year is to strive to help others as much as I can in our local community, and to make a difference. I want every guest to be able to have the experiences I had growing up watching our games when I was a kid -- memories are the most valuable experience throughout life. I want to be able to have younger children who are underprivileged to have an out of this world kind of experience when they step into our ballpark. Everyone deserves to make incredible memories here -- I am very lucky I get to contribute to it 😊
If you can live anywhere, where would it be? Being half thai, I would love to adventure out in Thailand!
Walk-up song: Honestly anything with Post Malone, I love him!
Would you rather win the lottery or work at the perfect job? The perfect job -- money is temporary and does not provide happiness. If you do what you love, it is much more rewarding.
Favorite sports team (other than IronPigs): Las Vegas Golden Knights (Go, Knights, GO!)
Best concert you've been to: Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC)
Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer? Fall, how could you not love all of the beautiful colored trees, pumpkin spice lattes, and hay rides?!
Favorite Color: Lavender
