Phillip Wellman interview (17:53)

Wellman served as the manager of the Double-A Amarillo club that captured a 2019 Texas League title in its first year of existence. Now, many of the prominent prospects from that team have been traded by the Padres in the last year. Wellman discusses what made that club special, how important the playoffs are at the lower levels and what to expect from prospects like Taylor Trammell and Edward Olivares in their new homes.
