No. 23 is left-handed pitcher Brian Fuentes, who pitched in 35 games for the Rainiers in 2001.
Fuentes pitched in 650 games in the majors for the Mariners, Rockies, Angels, Twins, Athletics and Cardinals.

Fuentes made his big-league debut in 2001 after a strong showing in 35 games for the Rainiers. With the Mariners that season, the left-hander appeared in 10 games and posted a 1-1 record with a 4.63 ERA in 11 2/3 innings. He struck out 10 and walked eight.

Fuentes' best season came in 2008 when he appeared in 67 games for the Rockies, posting a 3.16 ERA in 62 2/3 innings. He walked 22, struck out 82 and converted 30 saves.
His career-high in saves came in 2009 when he closed out 48 for the Angels.
