Trick or... Sweet! Lugnuts fan's Halloween costume delights Big Lug

Halloween Week comes with great treats and for Lansing Lugnuts mascot Big Lug, there was no better treat than Lugnuts fan Lenni dropping by the ballpark to show him her Big Lug costume.

Lenni, her parents Abby and Dustin, and her grandmother Teri surprised Big Lug at Jackson® Field™, providing the triple image of three Big Lugs at home (plate): the Lugnuts' beloved mascot, Lenni, and the Big Lug stuffie in her hands.

The meet-up came as a result of a Facebook post from Abby asking for assistance with Lenni's planned Big Lug costume for Halloween, which needed a youth-sized Lugnuts uniform to complete the effect. The post caught the eye of Lugnuts marketing manager Kayla Kornelson, who invited the family to the ballpark and gifted them the uniform, the stuffie, and more, plus a private tour of the ballpark.
