Victory Field to Host IHSAA Baseball State Finals June 15-16

INDIANAPOLIS - Victory Field will be the site for this week's IHSAA Baseball State Finals. After a weekend of semi-state games, the participating high schools and game times are set for action in downtown Indy's iconic baseball venue.
On Friday, June 15, the Class 4A State Championship will have Fishers (28-7) square off against Indianapolis Cathedral (23-8-1) at 7:30 p.m.
On Saturday, June 16, the action starts with the Class A State Championship and Daleville (21-9) vs. University (28-6) at 11 a.m. The Class 2A State Championship is set for 2 p.m. with Boone Grove (21-5) against Southridge (25-6). The nightcap will be Andrean (30-6) vs. Silver Creek (26-3) in the Class 3A State Championship starting at 5 p.m. All times are Eastern.
Tickets are $10 for each day, and Saturday's ticket includes all three games. All seats will be general admission. Participating schools will have ticket distributions, but tickets may also be purchased on game day at Victory Field.
All four state championship games will air live on Fox Sports Indiana. For viewers outside of the Fox Sports Indiana coverage area, a live stream will be available at IHSAAtv.org. For those within the Fox Sports Indiana coverage area, the stream will be available only on delayed basis following the conclusion of the telecast.
This will be the 48th season the Indianapolis Indians have hosted the IHSAA Baseball State Finals. Since Victory Field opened during the 1996 season, the downtown facility has hosted the championships every year except 2005.
