♦ Acquired by Baltimore from the Los Angeles Dodgers, along with OF Yusniel DÃaz, IF Rylan Bannon, RHP Dean Kremer and IF Breyvic Valera, in exchange for IF Manny Machado, 7/18/18.
♦ Originally selected by the Dodgers in the 7th round of the 2017 draft. Was chosen by Toronto - his favorite team growing up - in the 23rd round out of high school but did not sign.
♦ Attended the University of Kentucky, where he was rated as a preseason Top 75 college prospect by both Baseball America and D1 Baseball prior to his junior year (2017). Was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2016.
♦ Attended Notre Dame Secondary School in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, where he also played golf, volleyball and hockey.
♦ Was a member of the Canadian Junior National Team prior to attending college.
