Southwest University Park Job Fair to be Held Saturday, February 17

EL PASO, TEXAS – February 5, 2024 – Southwest University Park, home of the El Paso Chihuahuas and El Paso Locomotive FC, will host its 2024 job fair Saturday, Feb. 17 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the WestStar Club at the ballpark.
Hiring managers are looking for qualified, hardworking candidates who can work baseball and soccer home games as well as other sporting and non-sporting events in a variety of different positions.

Candidates must be 16 years of age to apply, must be able to pass a background check, and should be able to work all home games and additional events as needed. Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and dress to impress as on-site interviews will be conducted.

The Chihuahuas Opening Day at home will take place Tuesday, April 2 versus the Round Rock Express (Texas Rangers affiliate). The home season includes 75 games of a 150-game schedule that runs through September 15.
El Paso Locomotive’s 34-match season will kick off with the 2024 Home Opener against Hartford Athletic on Saturday, March 9, followed by two consecutive home matches against Monterey Bay F.C. Wednesday, March 13 and two-time league champions Louisville City FC Saturday, March 16.
Professional Sports Catering LLC (PSC), the official food and beverage provider for Southwest University Park, will also be conducting a job fair on February 17.
