MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (August 21, 2019) - The Pelicans are in postseason contention for the 2019 Carolina League Playoffs and single-game playoff tickets are available now. Tickets can be purchased online at www.MyrtleBeachPelicans.com, at the Anderson Brother's Bank Box Office located at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark or over the phone at (843) 918-6000. All Pelicans postseason home games are presented by Tidelands Health.

Should the Pelicans make the playoffs, game one of the Southern Division Championship Series against the first-half winners, the Down East Wood Ducks, would be on Wednesday September 4th at 7:05 p.m. at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark. Game two of the division series would be on September 5th in Myrtle Beach at 7:05 p.m.
If the Pelicans do not make the playoffs, purchased tickets may be exchanged for a 2020 regular season game of your choice, excluding Opening Night and July 3rd.
Fans also have the option to catch all five potential playoff games in Myrtle Beach with the Pelicans' 2019 playoff package. For just $30, fans receive a ticket to all postseason home games and an all-you-can-eat buffet at the ballpark on September 5, prior to game two of the 2019 Southern Division Championship Series.
As of Wednesday, August 21, the Pelicans sit one game behind Fayetteville for second place in the Southern Division. Myrtle Beach needs to finish ahead of the Woodpeckers as Fayetteville holds the head-to-head tiebreaker over the Pelicans.

Game 5 (if necessary): Sunday, September 10 at Down East

Game 2: Wednesday, September 11 at Northern Division Champion

The 2019 season is the 21st season for the Pelicans franchise and fifth as the Class-A Advanced affiliate of the Chicago Cubs.
