Quad Cities River Bandits outfielder Ross Adolph has been named the Midwest League Player of the Week for the week of June 17-23. He has received the honor for a second consecutive week. Adolph is the only River Bandits position player to earn a weekly award in 2019. Jose Bravo, Shawn Dubin, Luis Garcia and Cody Deason have each been named pitcher of the week previously.

He finished Thursday's game a triple shy of the cycle after being thrown out at third base on his fourth and final hit of the night.
The 22-year old is batting .227 with 6 home runs and 24 RBI in 62 games this season. He is hitting .330 in 28 games since May 20th. The River Bandits are currently 45-24 and will return to play on Tuesday night in Burlington at 6:30 p.m. The team returns to Modern Woodmen Park on Thursday, June 27th to host Burlington at 6:35 p.m.
