The Bandits had taken the first lead at 1-0 in the top of the fifth. Marquez doubled to open that inning and then was joined on base by
Wisconsin (26-23, 57-61) came right back to take the lead in the bottom half of the same inning.
The Timber Rattlers first lead of the series did not last long. Campos turned on a pitch from Scotty Sunitsch in the sixth and launched his second home run of the season to tie the game at 2-2. Sunitsch enjoyed his best outing of the season against the River Bandits by allowing two runs and striking out nine over 5.2 innings.
McKenna was the only player with multiple hits to lead the River Bandits nine-hit attack. Wisconsin had one hit each from six different players in the contest.
The final game of the series will take place on Monday afternoon at 12:05 p.m. RHP Lupe Chavez (0-1, 5.40) will toe the rubber for the River Bandits against RHP
