Animals: With the exception of service animals and dogs on Best in Show Dog Days presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka on Wednesdays, animals are not allowed inside CarMax Park.
Atlantic Union Bank Lounge: The Atlantic Union Bank Lounge is an elevated, indoor lounge experience down the third-base line. Autographs: Flying Squirrels players will sign autographs at their discretion before and after the game. Fans are allowed to line up along the first- and third-base lines in the first row of the Field Level seating sections up to 30 minutes before first pitch. Post-game autographs are limited to 30 minutes after the final out in the same areas.
The Backstop: The Backstop offers fans a casual experience on gameday with covered indoor seating and an atmosphere that brings a sports bar inside the stadium. Located behind the Legacy Club behind home plate on the main concourse, this area can be used for birthday parties, group hangouts and private events.

Bikes: The Flying Squirrels provide bike racks for fans who wish to cycle to the game. Racks are located outside the main gates.
Birthday Parties: When celebrating a birthday, it doesn’t get much better than being at CarMax Park! Packages start with a reserved picnic table in The Backstop, 10 Knot Hole seats, a video board announcement, a special gift provided by the Flying Squirrels and a visit from Nutzy & Nutasha!
Bon Secours Base Camp and Lawn: The Bon Secours Base Camp and Lawn, a playground and seating area located in right-center field, serves as a central family destination within CarMax Park. The playground is designed to encourage active play for children of all ages and abilities, with dedicated structures for ages 2 to 5 and additional areas for ages 5 to 12. Several features, designed by Austin, Texas-based commercial playground equipment manufacturer KOMPAN, are accessible for children of all abilities.
Bullpen Rail: Located above the Flying Squirrels bullpen, this ticketed area features bar-top drink rail seating. Tickets are available for purchase based upon availability or offered through Season Membership programs.
Cameras and Camcorders: Cameras and camcorders are allowed inside CarMax Park for personal use only. No professional zoom lenses or tripods will be allowed without prior approval by management.
Children's Ticket Prices: Children ages 3 and younger are admitted free as long as they sit on an adult's lap. If you would like a child 3 and younger to sit in a seat, they will need to purchase a ticket. Ticket prices are the same for all ages.
City View Suite: Take in stunning views of both the ballpark and the Richmond skyline from the City View Suite. This private, climate-controlled space is perfect for hosting clients, employees or families, with full catering options available. Drink rails: Drink rail seats are located at the top of sections 101-118 in the seating bowl. Each seat offers a high-top chair and provides a wide view of the action. All drink rail seats are ticketed and available for purchase based upon availability.
Dugout Suites: Located just steps from the field, each Dugout Suite accommodates up to 50 guests or can be combined to create one spacious suite for up to 100. Ideal for corporate entertaining or special celebrations, catering packages can be added to create a full-service experience. Elevators: Elevators are available behind Section 104 for ticketed guests to access the Atlantic Union Bank Lounge, Luxury Suites, City View Suite and Dugout Suite. Additionally, the concourse-facing side of the CareScout Power Tower contains an accessibility lift designed to provide access to the left field hospitality areas to people of all abilities.
Exchanges: The Flying Squirrels do not offer ticket exchanges for single-game tickets. For rain out information, please see rain policy.
Fan Assistance: Fan Services is located on the main concourse behind home plate down the first base line across from section 111 and offers answers for all your ballpark-related questions. An auxiliary Fan Services booth is also located in right field on the main concourse.
Fan Code of Conduct: In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Richmond Flying Squirrels have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
• Trespassing on the playing field at any time
• Interfering with baseballs that are in play
• Throwing or tossing objects
• Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures
• Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption
• Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly or abusive
• Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass or credential
• Misusing tickets, passes or credentials in any way
• Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark. Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at Fan Services, directly with Ballpark Security or by contacting club General Manager via phone (804) 359-3866.

First Aid: A first aid booth is located on the main concourse and connected to Fan Services. Nurses are provided nightly by Patient First to assist fans in need of medical attention.

Gate Times: Gates will open one hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled game time, unless otherwise noted for special events.
Happy Hour: Enjoy happy hour drink specials from 5:30-7:00 p.m. each Wednesday home game. Specials include $3 12-ounce domestic beers at all bars where draft beer is served and $1 off bottled soda and bottled water.
Handicap Seating: Each seating section at CarMax Park offers handicap seating. To access an elevator, please ask an usher for assistance in finding the nearest elevator entrance. Internships: Internships opportunities are available within the Flying Squirrels organization at the end of the season. Positions are filled in the fall with the internship running from January through the end of the season. Game-Day internships run from April-September. The Knot Hole: The Knot Hole section is where nostalgia meets an outfield view. Settle into bleacher-style seating on either side of the batter's eye, reminiscent of seats at Parker Field and The Diamond. Tickets for The Knot Hole are $12 and can be purchased on an individual-game basis.
Lactation Suite: The Bon Secours Nursing Nest, located near Fan Services and behind Section 111, provides a comfortable, private space for nursing parents and caregivers. The suite includes seating and a diaper changing area and is available for use during all games and other events at CarMax Park.
The Landing: Located in the left-field corner of the outfield, The Landing provides a lively group setting with a social, open-air atmosphere. Guests can mingle along drink rails and enjoy a 90-minute buffet while taking in unique views of the action. A great choice for casual outings and celebrations, The Landing is ideal for groups looking for both comfort and energy.
The Lawn: The Lawn is a terraced turf seating area that allows families to remain close to the playground while enjoying the game. Tickets for The Lawn are $10 and can be purchased on an individual-game basis. Fans may bring blankets to sit on, but camp chairs, shade structures or external furniture of any kind are not permitted.
Legacy Club: Located directly behind home plate, the Legacy Club is a premier season membership area. Ticket holders have access to all-inclusive dining, a relaxed indoor seating area and premium views of CarMax Park. Loaded Tickets: A digital equivalent to cash at CarMax Park, groups of 20 or more can purchase loaded tickets in advance to use throughout the ballpark.
Lost and Found: If you have lost an item at CarMax Park, you can stop by Fan Services on the main concourse behind home plate during the game or call 804-359-FUNN (3866) during business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) to see if it has been turned in at the lost and found.
Merchandise: Merchandise is available at the Squirrels Nest Team Store, which is located along the first-base line on the main concourse. Merchandise can also be purchased online here.
National Anthem: The National Anthem is performed before every Flying Squirrels home game. Fans interested in performing can email [email protected].
Nursing Nest: The Bon Secours Nursing Nest, located near Fan Services and behind Section 111, provides a comfortable, private space for nursing parents and caregivers. The suite includes seating and a diaper changing area and is available for use during all games and other events at CarMax Park.
Official Game: Baseball games are official after five full innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead. If a game is called after that point in time, no makeup or continuation will be scheduled unless the game is tied. Rain checks are not issued once a game becomes official. If a game is called before it becomes official, a makeup or continuation will be scheduled by Minor League Baseball and rain checks may be distributed at the discretion of management.
Outside Food & Beverage: Per Minor League Baseball rules, outside food and beverage are NOT allowed inside CarMax Park. If you have a special request, please contact a member of our front office by calling 804-359-FUNN (3866).
Parking: Parking at CarMax Park is $10 per car (debit/credit card only upon arrival). Please follow the directions of the parking staff to ensure the safety of all our fans. For more information about parking, click here.
The Patio: The Patio is located down the third base line past next to section 101 and above the visitor bullpen. This area offers picnic-style seating with drink rails and access to X number of select beverages. The Patio is open to all fans during gamedays, including patrons with standing room tickets.

Power Alley Porch: The Power Alley Porch delivers a relaxed, open-air experience with prime views of the outfield action. Public Address Announcements: Day-of-game PA Announcements for birthdays, groups, etc. are $25 and must be turned in at the Fan Services Center before the conclusion of the second inning of that night's game. Announcements can also be submitted in advance online for $15 by clicking here. Advance message sales will close 24 hours prior to the respective game.
Rail Car Suites: Located in left field above The Landing, Rail Car Suites offer a spectacular view of the game while honoring Richmond’s rail industry legacy. Rain Policy: If a Flying Squirrels game is postponed due to inclement weather with less than 4 1/2 innings completed, tickets can be used as rain checks for another regular-season Flying Squirrels home game in the same season based on availability.
Refunds: No refunds will be given for tickets purchased at CarMax Park. See above for rain policy.
Restrooms: Men's, women's and family restrooms are located down the first- and third- base lines and in center field on the main concourse. Restrooms are also located down the first- and third-base lines on the suite level.
Rideshares: Uber, Lyft and other ride-share services for drop-off and pick-up will be directed to the Red Lot. More information about heading to CarMax Park using ride shares and public transportation can be found by clicking here.
Signs and Posters: Signs, flags and posters related to the event that show fan support are welcome inside CarMax Park. These items must abide by the following guidelines:
• Must be relevant to the event
• May not contain commercial messages, logos or political endorsements
• May not obstruct any ballpark or event signage
• May not contain any foul, obscene or derogatory language as defined in the Fan Code of Conduct
• May not obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard
Any sign, flag or poster may be removed at any time at the sole discretion of ballpark staff.
Silver Squirrels: Fans 55 & up are eligible to join the Silver Squirrels. Members mingle at CarMax Park every Tuesday (excluding Opening Day) and receive cool Flying Squirrels perks. For more information, click here.

Standing Room (SRO) Tickets: Standing room tickets give fans access to CarMax Park, but do not have an assigned seat in the venue. Many areas of the ballpark can accommodate fans with SRO tickets, including The Patio and The Backstop.
Store: Merchandise is available at the Squirrels Nest Team Store, which is on the main concourse in center field at CarMax Park. The store is also accessible outside the stadium right near the main entrance gates. Merchandise can also be purchased online here.

Video: You can catch live or on-demand broadcasts of every Flying Squirrels game with a subscription to MiLB.TV. Fans with subscriptions to MLB.TV Premium also have MiLB.TV included. You can set your "favorite team" to our parent club, the San Francisco Giants, to access Flying Squirrels game broadcasts on MLB.TV on MLB apps, including connected televisions.
Weapons: For the safety of all guests, pocketknives and weapons of any kind are not permitted at CarMax Park. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in compliance with Virginia law. In this case, it is the responsibility of the officer to disclose they are carrying a weapon for official duties to security personnel upon entry. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Guests who fail to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
Will Call: A Will Call window is located at the box office next to front gates. CarMax Park will be completely digital with all tickets. The Yard: The largest group area at CarMax Park, The Woodfin Yard combines a festive atmosphere and great views of the action. With plenty of room to spread out and celebrate, The Woodfin Yard is perfect for team outings, birthday parties or company events.
The Yard Club: The Yard Club is an intimate seating area that includes a set of two Adirondack chairs located in an exclusive area in front of The Woodfin Yard. Reservations are $60 per pair and are available by calling the ticket office at 804-359-FUNN (3866) ext. 1.
