Events: Frequently Asked Questions

What does the rental fee include?

The rental fee includes the space, tables, chairs, black standard linens, and basic AV. AV includes wireless microphones, Clickshare to show on all screens in Stadium Club, and a podium.

What time can I come in to decorate my venue?

Your set-up time is determined by your contracted time on your rental agreement. Rentals are generally for 4 to 8 hours to include time for set-up/breakdown.

When does our event end?

All events must end by 11:00 p.m. and venues must be vacated by 12:00 a.m., midnight. Rentals that last longer than the contracted time will be billed $300 for every hour over.

What if I need more time for my event?

Extra hours may be purchased; the rate is dependent on the space. Access to the venue begins at the start time per rental agreement. An Event Lead must be there before you can enter the space.

Can I rent just an outdoor area for my wedding?

Yes, Toyota Field has many outdoor areas available for an outdoor wedding space.

Does Toyota Field provide table linens?

Yes, we do provide black spandex linens for all round tables, 6-foot tablets, 8-foot tables, and cocktail tables. Other options are available upon request and do require additional rental fees.

What size tablecloths do I need?

If you would like to use outside table linens these are our table dimensions. Our tablecloth sizes are 72” round, 22.9"L x 5.1"W (6ft. rectangle), and 1152"L x 360"W (8ft. rectangle).

Will Toyota Field provide flowers for centerpieces or any other decorations for my event?

No, but we do have a list of vendors we would be happy to share with you!

Can I hang something on the walls? From the ceiling?

No. Any draping, additional lighting, etc., must be installed on a free-standing system. Nothing can be attached to the walls. All draping and lighting must be approved by a Toyota Field Representative.

Can I move plants or furniture?

No, all furniture will be positioned as agreed upon in the contract.

Can I purchase my own alcohol to bring in?

Yes, Toyota Field holds a liquor license and Alabama state law requires the renter to purchase alcohol from us for their event.

Can I provide Security/Bartenders for my event?

No. Security is provided by Toyota Field and is required for events going past Toyota Fields hours and/or events with alcohol. Toyota Field reserves the right to require extra Security as necessary. One bartender per 50 guests is required.

Who can cater my event?

Our incredible onsite culinary crew will make your special occasion, dinner, and rehearsal dinner unforgettable. We know how to ensure that the event is permanently carved in the memories of your visitors with mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres, unforgettable meals, distinctive desserts, and drinks. Simply put, we produce weddings of the highest caliber and are renowned for our meticulous attention to detail and unmatched customer service.

Does Toyota Field provide a photographer with event services?

No. Toyota Field does not employ photographers. We do have an extensive vendor list that we do recommend.

Can I have my bridal portraits made at Toyota Field?

Yes, we do not provide a photographer, but we can provide the space to have bridal pictures taken.

Is there a fee for parking?

No. Parking is complimentary, and our staff will advise you on the best parking lot for your venue.

Is smoking allowed at Toyota Field?

Toyota Field is a smoke free facility.
