In collaboration with Major League Baseball, the Rocket City Trash Pandas are excited to share that online ticket accounts are being merged with MLB's. In essence, this means your ticketing account with MLB (should you already have one) and your Trash Pandas account will be one in the same for a seamless experience!
Use the information below to ensure your account is set up and ready for the 2026 season!
What is this change to my account and why is it happening?
This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage and scan your tickets using an MLB account.
If you are already logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or the Trash Pandas website, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access.
How do I access my tickets?
View the options below for which one represents you the best. Click the login button and follow the steps below.
My MLB account and account have the same email - Log in through the Trash Pandas website or the MiLB app using your current MLB login and password. Your tickets will populate in your account automatically.
My MLB account and Trash Pandas account have different emails - Please call our office at 256-325-1403 Option #1 for further assistance.
I have a Trash Pandas account, but do not have a MLB account - Click the link here and select "Sign Up" on the login page to create a new MLB account. Please note the email you use to create your account must be the same email as your Trash Pandas Account email.
I do not have a Trash Pandas account or MLB account - Click the link here and select "Sign Up" on the login page to create a new MLB account.
Once your account is created, you can access and manage your tickets by logging into your MLB account online via the Trash Pandas website or in the MiLB app.
You’ll only have to log in to the app or website one time. From there, we’ll remember your credentials for continued account access.
Who do I contact if I have an issue logging into my account?
If you forgot your MLB account password, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" option at the bottom of your login page or by selecting this page.
Further MLB account or customer service issues can be directed here.
Please contact the Trash Pandas at 256-325-1403 Option #1 if you have any difficulty accessing your tickets once you have logged in.
