The playing surface at Toyota Field will sport a new configuration in February 2025 as the Rocket City Softball Showcase will take over the stadium for a week, featuring four programs from the Southeastern Conference.
- Tuesday, February 18: 11:30 am - 1 pm - 2025 Women in Sports Luncheon and Rocket City Softball Showcase Credential Pick-Up
- Wednesday, March 26 EOD: Deadline to Submit 2025 Season Media Credentials
- Thursday, April 3: 10 am - Local Media Day with Trash Pandas Players and Staff - Season Credential Pick-Up
- Friday, April 4: 6:35 pm - Opening Night vs. Chattanooga Lookouts
2025 Rocket City Trash Pandas media credentials will be issued only to accredited media members at the discretion of the Trash Pandas Media staff. All daily credential requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the games requested in the application. Credentials must be visibly worn at all times. To obtain a credential, all media members must complete and sign the 2025 Minor League Baseball Terms and Conditions of Credentials for Professional Development League Events.

In-Season Interviews:
Before Trash Pandas home games, players and coaches will likely be available for in-person interviews after batting practice (around 4:15 p.m. for a 6:35 p.m.Game). Media seeking interviews must submit their request to the Trash Pandas beforehand. Pre-game interviews will be conducted in the area near the Trash Pandas dugout. No starting pitchers will be made available pre-game on the day they start. Requests for interviews with players/coaches from visiting teams must go through the visiting team’s Media Relations staff.
Postgame Interviews:
Following each Trash Pandas home game, subject to availability, Trash Pandas Manager Andy Schatzley and select players will be available for interviews. Media wishing to talk to any Trash Pandas player or coach must communicate that request to a member of the Trash Pandas Media Relations staff before the conclusion of the game.
Television Policy:
TV stations wishing to have a live pre-game guest for their newscasts must contact the Trash Pandas no later than noon on game days for night games or by 6 p.m. the day before day games. Roving cameras are allowed with permission from the Trash Pandas. Cameras are permitted throughout the public areas but must not block any aisles or the view of any fans.
Camera lights may be turned on unless facing the field of play.
Photographers:
Photo credentials will be issued to legitimate news organizations and photographers authorized by the Trash Pandas. All photos MUST be for news-gathering purposes or companies licensed by Major League Baseball/Minor League Baseball. Priority will be given to news organizations on the deadline. Photographers are prohibited from placing equipment on the playing field, in the dugout, or the clubhouse. Media Entrance: Media may pick up their credentials at the Trustmark VIP Gate at Toyota Field and enter the ballpark through the VIP gate. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. A valid photo ID will be needed to pick up credentials. Media will have access to the Northrop Grumman Press Box, but seating is limited.
Clubhouses:
Per 2025 rules imposed by Major League Baseball, the clubhouses are off-limits to all media members at all times.
Use of Photography/Video: Media outlets needing Trash Pandas photography or video may contact Chris Harris. Accredited media members may use Trash Pandas photographs for non-endorsement projects only.
Autograph Policy:
Under no circumstances are credentialed media members permitted to seek autographs, foul balls, or other baseball equipment at any point. Media members found to violate this policy may have their credentials revoked by a member of the Trash Pandas staff.
